The program
A working program, not a course. Companies build alongside each other.
The cohort is structured around a sequence: understand the operating model, design agents against real workflows, deploy them into live systems, and integrate the people around them. Scope, pace, and commercial terms are agreed individually before a company joins.

Operating map
Document how work actually moves today: the workflows, the handoffs, the systems of record, and the decisions that carry risk.

Agent design
Select the first workflows worth automating, define the boundaries of each agent, and specify what a human must still decide.

Deployment
Build and integrate agents into the systems the team already uses, with logging, review, and rollback in place from the start.

Integration
Train the people around each agent so the workflow holds, then extend the pattern to the next workflow in the sequence.

- Workflows are redesigned before anything is automated.
- Every agent has a named human owner and a defined escalation path.
- Outputs are verifiable, logged, and reviewable.
- Capability is transferred to the internal team, not held by the vendor.
